My question is that I might be trying to start a renting/leasing business and what im renting/leasing to people is credit card terminals, because i have realized my local grocery store's terminals are going and also my local post office and i would like to know if there is anything i should know?

Don't bother. If companies do enough business, they will buy them outright; it simply makes more sense.

There are large established companies that do this. I don't think you stand a chance tbh.

ah ok that does make sense because they would like to buy/rent from companies that have new terminals correct?  I could refurbish them and sell them that way but honestly what would you do in my situation

Save your money and buy a GIC's or Lotto bundles, or put into a lawn care business, a bit late in the game but you can still rake in a ton of cash. What about window washing biz, dog walking, painting, building decks/fences, pouring concrete, roofing and siding business. Thats what I'd do.

How much cash you got to spend?

When I first read the title, I thought renting/leasing equipment and tools for constuction type work, man I'd love to do that. Oil patch equipment because the seasons about to get going. I have seen a few independent vehicle rental businesses pop up. You know theres a used vehicle rental company thats been around for decades, I just cant recall the name off hand. I will use google maps and see if they are still around. We are talking 10-20 year old vehicles for rent. Rent a Wreck is what its called. http://www.practicar.ca/

That was my second though too because a lot of people need specialized equipment for certain jobs and i would make boat loads, also i dont have to to much to spend but around $2000

Well if I had my last 2g's and wanted to make a splash, would all depend on what you already have.

Do you have a vehicle, if so what is it, a small car or a truck?
