Hey guys, I have a Dell XPS 13 9365 2in1, last night i put it on charge because the battery went completely flat, today i got home and took it off charge and tried to power it up, The backlit keyboard was on for 3 seconds and then went off, the screen never turned on, now, i dont know if the laptop is on or not because the power button on the side is lit, it would listen to see if its running but its normally silent so i cannot tell, Ive tried doing a hard reset by holding the power button but it is still lit no matter what i do! I cant find any answer anywhere! Please help me guys!!

Make sure it isnt asleep etc so try hard resetting power(may have to take battery out). It sounds like a dead battery to me but I can't be sure. IF ITS UNDER WARRANTY USE IT

I tried hard resetting and LED still glows om the power button, seems like a dead batt as well and it isnt under warranty so looks like its going to cost

If you're confident in your ability wait for it to die (battery) and take it out, I wouldn't recommend trying it with power in it still

Actually hold up, the batt indicatior says its at a full 5 bars, so it must be alright, have any other ideas?

Usually a hard reset does it and that can include pulling battery/letting it die. If you can force it to boot use safe mode but right now its basically a brick. (is it updating)?
