I had an idea, and it does involve an eGPU, and it's an old subject imo but it is in regards of the EXP GDC Beast.

I could see if it would work with my hp laptop, and if not I could try and see if I can get the software necessary to modify the BIOS.

I have the cash necessary, but the question is if someone could give me some headers of how to "read" code.

Not in terms of the laptop recognizing data and reading data from it, I mean how I can read it so that I know what to look for.

Like which line the BIOS' whitelist begins at and what it contains and only allows.

With that aside, I would like to ask you fine fellows what you recommend as a good GPU to use for rendering photos, (3D) models, and videos?

A cheap Quadro such as the P1000 should do the trick.
