You could potentially see a CPU bottleneck with that GPU. Its only a 4 core 4 thread CPU and I experienced CPU bottlenecks with an older i5-4690k and my GTX 1070. I would try and get one with SMT that would alleviate that potential bottleneck.

the 1070TI is a bit much. I would also look into an SSD for quality of life. NB (make sure your power supply is beefy enough though it probably is)
