Hi so im really bad explaining things but ill try my best.

So i had to reset my laptop and afterwards everything has been F'ed up but all i want to fix is my audio. So after i reset my laptop my audio started bugging out and aways crackled noises and lagged my system when it did it, especially when i played video games. Like i could not play at all it would lag it so bad down to 10 FPS. so i looked up the fix for this and all the answers were to go into device manager- Sound, Video and game controller- Update driver- Browse my computer- Let me pick form a list of available drivers on my computer and click on High definition audio device. i after i do that my audio works perfectly but i ma unable to now use my Headset Mic it only recognizes it as a pair of headphones so it uses the laptop mic. if i reverse it to Realtek audio i can use my headset mic but the audio crackles and makes my computer unusable by lagging it

You tried both drivers and still nothing? Shouldn't you be concerned that the restart fucked everything up? :P
