Driver Update Causes Mouse Issues

I've got a Radeon RX 480, every time I update the driver past 17.7.1 it causes my mouse to have a weird lag issue. I've looked everywhere for a solution and have yet to find any. Once I downgrade the driver to 17.7.1 it fixes it completely. 
Essentially I move the mouse, wait 1 second or so then it moves. Keyboard and other peripherals all work fine.
