gpu flickering

Recently ive been getting these flickering pixels or boxes all over my screen and idk why. My whole PC isnt very old and ive never messed with any of the gpu settings.

 

 

 

Can anyone help me fix this.. if there even is a fix to it

GPU drivers, try updating them.  If you have done that, use DDU to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.

 

Other than that it looks like minor GPU memory corruption.

ive downgraded drivers to see if it would stop and it didnt, so went back to the latest drivers, and it still didnt stop. So basically my gpu is fucked?
