Minitool data recovery doesn't work

Hey,

I use the MiniTool Power data recovery right now, i can access my files (in the program itself) but i cant 'save' them.

Any idea why?

After data recovery programs find your data, just choose these files, and then save or recover them to another location. Didn't you see the Save or Recover button in the program? You can take a screenshot to show the scanning results window.

But that's the problem, the "save" or "recover" button doesn't work. I tried several reïnstalls but it didn't work.

I just tried this software, the Save button worked on my side. It's strange. Have you installed it to the default installation directory?
