PS4 Extern HDD

does any1 know of a way to get a extern hdd multipartition working on ps4 , some ppl claimed it works n alot of ppl say it deosnt work.... any of u guys know how to get it running?

 

it seems to format through ps4 to the entire volume of the hdd, can i shrink it or smt after? and still access half of it or somthing?

PS4 uses the entire Harddrive.

I don't think there is a way around that.

doesnt work with multipartition hdd, it formats to 1 partition

yeah i tried almost everything :c seems to be no way around it q.q i gues il use the 2tb drive for pc stuff + wii o,o ( my softmodded wii does support multipartition )

Even then most systems including Windows automatically use the first partition. Sorry man, no way

Also Seagate has nice 1tb drives for 60 bucks, and i just got a 5tb drive for 120 bucks on amazon (Big sale!)
