Is there any way to transfer my old ps4 progress to pc ?

I know this is possible for ps3 to ps4 

but what about ps4 to pc.

Stats transfer only work within the same console family (360 -> Xbox One, PS3 -> PS4). I tried transferring from Xbox One to PC (even through live chat with EA), and they won't allow it sadly

That sucks so much, i had like 500hrs on that game

Know what's better? My PC account had an email that was deleted so I couldn't access the account, or delete it or anything, even though I am who I say I am and I still have the credit card I purchased it with. Glad I bought it on sale for like $15.
