Some gaming monitors have a crosshair feature, maybe that's enabled for your monitor?

You aint blind haha i just clicked on it as well and didnt appear. where do you think i could find that feature?

On my monitor (Acer XG270HU), it's under Gaming > Aim Point. Not sure if it'll be the same for yours. Just browse around in your monitor's settings and you might find it eventually :P
