Do you know if any Windows Updates (or if your nvidia driver) were updated around the same time you noticed these issues cropping up?
JayzTwoCents recently posted a video explaining that the recent Windows Updates that help mitigate some of the newer Spectre vulnerabilities can cause problems on machines with outdated bios revisions - it may be a good idea to update your bios if it isn't already at it's latest version.
Alternatively, you could try an older driver in case there's some edge case with your card and the most recent one.
Note: I'm assuming here that you've ruled out instability from overclocking, temperatures, etc - IT's coming up to the summer months in the northern hemisphere, so it's easy to overlook temperatures increasing etc - but since your machine is a Ryzen build I can't imagine it having enough dust etc to make this an issue. Still, thought I'd mention it.
