Unstable ram

So I know how to diagnose and fix unstable CPU/GPU and I have various apps to diagnose unstable ram (which I don't believe I have because my computer almost never crashes) but can someone please define/explain what are signs of unstable ram and what can it or will it do to my computer

BSOD is sign of unstable RAM, constant freezing (I think) and if your RAM dies, your PC is unusable until u get new RAM.

You can always check your RAM health with Windows Memory Diagnostic or Memtest86

ty man it's been bothering me for the past 2 weeks because I can't find any forms giving a straight answer of what unstable ram actually means.
