PC + Laptop Confusion

I'm not sure how to do this, I have a full setup I use with a msi gs63vr, which I plan to switch for a custom pc and a dell xps 13 for music production. My question is how to hot-swap my setup from the pc to the laptop without disconnecting everything and plugging it back in. My idea was a thunderbolt 3 dock with a usb hub but I want some other opinions. I also have two monitors, one of which is a 144hz panel and I'd like to keep that refresh rate.
