Processor for dedicated streaming pc

I want to stream Minecraft, Fortnite, ... but on 2 dedicated PC: one for gaming, one for encoding and streaming. The gaming PC is complete, but the encoding one ... don't know what processor to use. I want to stream 1080p 60fps. Unlimited budget. As smooth as possible. Also, i want to see what is your option for the encoding PC to support my idea. I have 4 option: i3-8100, i5-8400, Ryzen 3 2200G, Ryzen 5 2400G.

Go with the i5-8400. It has 6 cores which is important for encoding

get i5 8400, six cores are gonna be great for handling encoding.

8400. Unless you have a old spare GPU to run a 1600/2600.
