Hi, it depends on the software you'll be using, price/perfomance ratio I would say 1080ti, but if you are using a DaVinci Resolve setup that needs more than one GPU then you might have to consider other factors, what software are you going to be using for editing?

Adobe Premier Pro is CPU bound. Faster CPUs with more cores are better than GPUs. Multiple CPUs is even better. Video encoding and editing is a CPU intensive process. That being said, having a good GPU will aid in encoding GPU accelerated effects.
