Need help

Hello I'm new here, I need some help with a new build. Currently the only games I play are on an android emulator. I want to be able to run multiple emulators at once. I'm currently using a helios 300 laptop and it tends to slow down during opening and closing the emulator. Can some one help with a desk top build. Should I be aiming for more cores or a better GPU?  

 

(While opening and closing I notice CPU reaches 100% while the 1060 GPU is barely hitting 35%)
