Error installing quick.db

I am programming a discord bot in nodejs and need the quick.db package for a message leveling system. When I try to install, I get this:

I'm not sure what it wants from me other than something to do with installing python. I'm not very experienced with this so any help would be greatly appreciated!

do you have python installed? does it give you a valid python version if you type: 

python --version

PSU: Corsair CX550M

Cooler: Cooler master hyper 212 evo

Storage: 2TB WD Red x1, 128gb OCZ SSD for OS

Case: HAF 932 adv
