Fortnite android beta

So while browsing youtube on my phone I just came across an ad on the app for a fortnite android beta. Upon closer inspection the video instructs you to download a third party app from a separate website. Clearly this isn't official, clearly this would install malware or some other form of bad code into individuals phones. I don't understand how youtube was able to clear this ad when it is clearly bs and potentially harmful.

I was thinking it was most probably a fake but I'm most surprised at the fact its an ad on youtube
