Best Cheap wireless mouse

So my little brother needs a new mouse because his old one was some random $5 mouse from best buy and just died. So he's looking for a new mouse and wants it to be wireless because he uses a laptop and doesn't like wire clutter. Does anyone know what is the best wireless mouse for under $20. PS I've already seen linus' $15 mouse roundup but only one or two were wireless and I want it to be wireless. Someone help.
