Prime95 Stress Test

How long would you recommend running Prime95 for overclocking stress test?  I know a lot of people recommend 24 hours, but I would really like to shorten that time.  

 

Right now I'm overclocking my i5-3570k (with CM Hyper 212 Evo Cooler) for the first time and I'm starting with 4 ghz.  My goal is a stable 4.5 ghz if possible.

If you want short, try running Intel Burn Test. Run 35-100 rounds to be safe.

 

It's not as certain as Prime95, but it is faster.

On my FX processor I usually hit a 10 rounds on IBT on maximum which takes around half an hour then I do two hours on Prime95. Reason for that is, if one of my cores will fail, it's usually core six on mine after an hour.
