(No idea if this is the right subforum, sorry)

This is actually just something I want to get off my chest, even though most people already have this opinion/know it, etc.

I was just browsing facebook (I hate it more every day), and I saw a video of a yellow ducky shine 3, showing the lightning modes, but on a non-tech-related thing, so the comments were mostly people tagging their friends. But the comments that actually were comments all said "I want this", "this is fake" or "how can I make my keyboard do this?".

The thing is, if you say to someone that you have a keyboard that can do this (when they haven't seen this video), the first thing they do is call you a nerd and look away from you. It's such hypocrisy (I hope I spelled it right) these days...

Well I don't really know what I want to say by this, but it's just so I can get this off my chest, as I said... :L

Just reminded me of this:

(Interesting how "nerd" still has a negative context. I feel the exact opposite. I wear my nerd title proudly...lol jk but seriously, not ashamed to be one at all.)
