Edit: I changed some of the parts. Instead of a 32gb ram I chose 16gb but faster, and also included an ssd, lower wattage power supply, and a case with better airflow. 

 

This will be the build I plan doing. I will use this pc for programming, gaming, and possibly recording and editing game footage. I didn’t include case fans, cpu thermal paste, and etc. because it looks like those come with the parts. If there is anything you think that needs to be added/changed please let me know, and share your opinion. Thanks.

You don't need that powerful of a PSU. 500w should be ample power for that rig.

 

I'd buy two sticks of 8GB clocked at a higher frequency (around 3000MHz is cool), and buy more/upgrade once memory prices become more reasonable.

 

For this price class, an SSD is a MUST. No need for NVMe though, regular SATA 3.0 SSDs do fine.

 

I'd recommend buying a few PWM fans for the case, as the ones that come with the S340 are a bit loud. PWM fans can run SUPER slow (and therefore silent). A set of two Noctua NH-A14 PWM for intake should be sufficient.

 

The case has a cooling performance that is very middle of the road. You should consider other options, like the Fractal Meshify C with a tinted tempered glass side panel. Not much more money, but it will give you cooler PC (both looks and performance).

That cooler is just as good as any 240mm AIO out there.

A high end air cooler will cope fine, and as mentioned above it is as good as a 240mm AIO.
