Full Custom

No personal experience, but full custom is never good value for the performance. However if you're into PC building and love the look of a custom loop, it is the logical option as long as you are not sacrificing any parts like CPU, GPU etc to get the loop.

I'm looking to game and hopefully stream aswell, so would it be worth spending my money in other areas to get better performance?

Full custom has a lot of room for error. One leak and you can say goodbye to your motherboard and other parts. Your best off getting an AIO for the CPU, and a hybrid cooler for the GPU.

If you have experience with full custom and want that awesome look, you can take the risk, but I personally wouldn't go down that path.

The initial outlay is high but once bought you can reuse it all except the gpu block on future upgrades/builds

go rigid from the off, its slightly trickier but well worth it, and if you go soft and change your mind in six months you will need all new fittings

The biggest gainer from a custom loop is the GPU, my temps drop from like 75c on air to 51c on water

i think before we answer the above question we need your budget as a good loop will set you back around $400

Intel parts and my budget is around £2000-£2500.

This isn't including the loop but I have

Overclocked I7-8700k Six Core

Asus ROG Maximus x hero

480gb Kingston SSD

4th Seagate Barracuda Pro

Corsair 550w TXm Series semi-modular 80 plus

Corsair h110i hydro cooler

Also, for the UK people, I'd would probabaly get it build by a company called PC Specialist. (Due to my tight schedule). Any one know they are decent?

I decided against watercooling due to the fact I wanted to spend my money on other areas to gain better performance while streaming/gaming.

Let me know what you think

Worth the money or nah?

Going full custom water cooling is not something you do for the best price to performance ratio.

The main reason is simply the aestetics of the computer.

If you are more about the performance (I'm not a gamer at all and choose performance above all of the glitter and glamour setups), you could go with an AIO solution.
