Gaming/Streaming and maybe a little video editing

Yes, then that build is perfect. I do recommend you eventually get yourself a 1 TB hard drive for mass storage. And maybe sometime in the future get yourself another stick of ram to make it 16gb. It will make a big difference in video editing.

Yes I was thinking of buying more ram once the price reduces. Also yes I was thinking of buying more storage once I earn more money.

Here's my suggestion, went for a cheaper GPU from ASUS, I recommend them over PNY because they only offer 1 year warranty + 2 years if you register and their RMA process is brutal.

Samsung 860 Evo is a better quality SSD in my opinion, though the MX500 is a strong competitor.

ASUS motherboard to match the GPU.

The 2600X CPU (it's not much more expensive than the 1600 and is brand new / slightly faster)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory  ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Turbo Video Card  ($299.98 @ Newegg)

The problem with that is its 70-80$ more expensive on amazon and since I have prime I would rather just buy it all from amazon.

So don't buy on amazon? Most retailers offer free shipping on these parts anyways, so you don't gain much with amazon prime other than paying more $ for some parts.

I'd say go with the better quality choices and don't lock yourself down to certain parts based on what's cheaper/available on amazon.

Reason being, you're building something of quality that'll be your daily driver and last a good 2-3 years (until you upgrade RAM/Storage/GPU etc...)

Ok, thanks for the advice.
