For a build like that, I'd recommend an upgrade on the CPU cooler - especially if you plan on doing a big overclock.

I'd recommend a Noctua D15 although they're a bit expensive (and perhaps adding a SSD to the build).

 

In addition, I also think you should trade out the 1080ti for a 1080 - or waiting for the 11 series to come out. From what I've heard, they're rumored to be released in July (If you can wait).

@Boggi99 yeah the Hyper 212 is a great cooler but not good enough for an 8700K.

bona-fide z370 board and a lowly 212 evo and no ssd? psu isn't good too.
