Help me decide please !

The gpu prices in my country are kind of insane atm so it's a bit hard to decide which one i should get i am on a budget (1000$ or less) and would like to get some value of my new card.I am aiming for 1080p 60 fps(75 if i buy a freesync monitor) in at least high settings.So here are my finalists:

Saphire RX 570 4GB mini for 320$ (on sale normally it's pricing is same with gtx 1060 6gb)

Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1060 6GB for 445$

I don't really want to buy it but a 1050 ti costs around 230$ in case you were wondering.

So should i go for the rx 570 while it's still on sale or go big with 1060 ?

Cpu:i5 8400

Ram:Crucial 2x8Gb 2400 Mhz

i say 1060 3 gig. its not as pricey as the 6 gig, but a little bit faster than the 570.
