K63 CUE software

I bought a K63 a couple of weeks ago and I have noticed that after a while, my caps and scroll lock led's wont turn on when I press them. I then go into the Corsair CUE software and the K63 is not detected by the software. My only way to fix this is to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in, my CUE software is also up to date. Has anybody else had this issue with a corsair keyboard and if so what did you do to fix it?

when i used a K55 i had this issue a lot, but all of a sudden it went away. i don't know why. since i switched to a K95 platinum i haven't had the issue either..

i also own a K65, and that doesn't have this problem either as far as i know.

i don't know a lot about the K63, does it have rgb?

 

does that stop working too when it's not detected anymore?

Just red led's. I think it usually happens when I turn my pc on but i'm not too sure.

okay.. have you updated the firmware of the K63 and everything?

Yeah, I checked the software and firmware of the keyboard and they are all up to date.

ok.. well... i don't know how to fix it... for me it fixed itself after a while when i was using a K55..
