Hyper 212 EVO temps?

Ive just built my brother a PC for christmas and am worried about the temps on the cpu and cpu socket. I put about a grain of rice size amount of thermal paste on the cpu and the  heatsink is on fairly tight. The cpu is an AMD FX-8320 and ive overclocked it to 4.5ghz with 1.36v and its running at around 65-70 degrees in prime95, does this sound right or have i done something wrong?

CPU: i5 4670k / Cooler: Corsiar H100i / RAM: 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600mhz / Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 GAMING / GPU: Asus r9 290 DirectCUii / Case: Define r4 / Storage: 128gb Samsung 840 EVO & 2tb Seagate barricuda / PSU: Corsair RM750

sounds about right, not bad at all. 

 

It's ok running that high in synthetic tests, but for real usage keep it below 62c and ideally below 55c.

Yeah...with my old ivy rig , I had 3770k@4.5ghz 1.2v 

OCCT test max temps were 78c with Hyper 212 Evo
