PLEASE HELP!

Hi,

 

i just got the recent windows update (build 17134.48) and it randomly started deleting all my files each time i went into a folder. every time a folder is opened it automatically start deleting the contents and does not even ask for permission. 

Is there any way of fixing this or is this just a problem with windows catching on complete nonsense

I deleted the antivirus software (McAfee) and downloaded Avast but the issue still persists.
