My PC restarts immediately on playing games using Integrated Graphics [ Intel HD 530]

Specs:

CPU- Intel i5 6500

MOBO- MSI H170A-PC MATE

RAM- 2 x GB Gskill Ripjaws V

PSU- Corsair VS650

HDD- 1TB WDBlue

idle CPU & GPU Temp are normal, below 40C

No signs of heating issue on PSU too.

So i did a series of test:

1) Memtest86 and my RAM successfully passed the test,

2) Prime95- SmallFFT & Blend, again no issues,

3) AIDA64- System Stability Test, no issues,

4) Furmark- GPU Stress, immediate failure,

5) Unigine valley& Heaven, immediate failure.

Temperatures were normal(40C-50C) in all the above tests

If i run something graphically demanding, system reboots :/

I doubted my PSU, so i installed it in my Friend's Rig with Intel i5 8400 HD 630, Even GTA5 ran without rebooting.

Don't know what's causing this issue

Any help would be much appreciated.

It sounds like your GPU is overdrawing watts from your PSU, and it might not be able to handle it. It might also be dirty wall power, so if you could try different outlets around yours and your friend's house, that could help diagnose the issue. If these don't yield results, try stealing your friend's PSU for a minute to troubleshoot.

Tried different Outlets, issue persists

I installed a Sapphire R9 390 in my PC and now i could run games and benchmarks without any issue.(http://www.ozone3d.net/gpudb/score.php?which=562955)

But the issue remains while using Intel HD 530 graphics

Is there any possibility that my motherboard has Onboard VGA related issue?

If you have an R9 390, why do you need the onboard graphics?

The motherboard may be the issue, but I would point at the CPU since that's where the GPU "die" is sitting.

Also, Windows 8.1? Really?

? I tried 3 different versions of Windows to ensure that its not a driver problem.

Its(Win 8.1) just for testing. I have the legal Win 10 OS installed in SSD.

I was using R9 390 , but i removed it while cleaning the PC Components.

Then i tried to play CS:GO with intel igpu but it failed. That's why i am trying solve it. I just want to make sure that it doesn't affect the entire Motherboard in future.

Dude, the CPU and mobo are still under warranty, which is likely, assuming you haven't torn a warranty void stickers, so just have the manufacturer replace them. If you don't care that much, just live your happy life until one or the other fails, then just bite the bullet and upgrade to 8th gen or whatever exists if or when it fails. That's also a good reason to start saving up a "life insurance" on those components so you aren't out of operation for too long.
