Depending on how you set up the RAID array.

 

If it was a hardware RAID, you shouldn't have to.

 

Also, I wouldn't recommend RAID 0. If one of your drives dies, all your data goes.

It was a software raid under windows 10. And I know about all the dangers of raid 0, I'm using raid 1 in my server right now.

If it was a software RAID, then you might have to reconfigure that.

At this point it is too late...It would have been really a good idea to backup your data before reinstalling. It should remount your drives as it was... but windows partition manager can be really dumb sometimes so I guess there is a chance it won't.

 

Just make sure you don't delete partitions or format anything when your messing around with partition manager

I don't think so. The drives only store and read the data, even if you don't have an OS installed, the data should still exist on the drive regardless.
