Its time to decide

So I posted in here within the last month of two builds for my first pc. One ryzen and intel. Very similar besides a few things. The budget is roughly $1500 but recently I found a Nvidia gtx 1070 Founders Edition for $399 and Im not sure if I should do a ryzen with a gtx 1070 or an 8700k with a 1060. Also, micro center is selling the 8700k for $299. This made everything a whole lot harder to decide. A few things you should know first is that I will be doing mostly gaming in 1080p but I do intend to stream a friend of mine. Now with that said i will be playing most every popular game like fortnite, pubg, star wars, BF 1, cs go, and whatever else. Now I cant decide between the two builds because I am not sure which one will do better for what I need. I am going to game and stream from one system. Which cpu will allow me to do that best?

Ryzen - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4Dp34q

Intel- https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YZw7RJ

Also, I have a question with monitors. I think 24in or 27in but that must be personal preference. Now do I go with an Asus or BenQ?

Asus- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074JLD4HZ/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B00B2HH7G0&linkCode=as2&tag=summit1g0e-20&linkId=7YJHI3SK3NKMFUWO&th=1

BenQ- https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-ZOWIE-inch-Gaming-Monitor/dp/B01H5KKQUQ/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1527191092&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=benq+gaming+monitor+27+inch+144hz

Thanks for reading my post and helping out and any information, knowledge or tips are welcome! I just about have all the money for the build. ONE PAYCHECK AWAY!

Im using 2700x + gtx 1060 and I'm satisfied....btw FOUNDER'S edition have bad cooling.the only reason why you should go for intel + 1070 is if you are gonna play 1440p with lots of fps.Ppl say 1060 isn't 1440p card.I played far cry 1440p ultra settings and it runned smoothly, but if you want to have 1000000% good 1440p card, maybe you should go for 1070.I haven't tried any other 1440p ultra games, but far cry was running perfectly

the only reason I would get the founders edtion 1070 is because its at MSRP and is a good deal with crypto mining going on
