Windows you can use unactivated, but it still doesn't leave very much room for your mouse and keyboard, but eh.

You could always drop the SSD, or the CPU down to a ryzen 3, if you wanted better than an ebay keyboard/mouse combo.

The Asrock Pro4 is one of the worst Asrock mobos. Many people have problems with this mobo like PC freezing, not booting up, BSOD etc

Here in Greece there is an online store where you can buy mobos, cpus etc... The Pro4 has the worst reviews and pretty much nobody recommends it because of those problems

I live in the US, I've never heard of those problems over here.
