I'm struggling to play games on high settings with my new 1070ti

It's really distracting with how beautiful everything looks.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? It's tanking my K/D in most games because the environment looks SO good!

 

I might have to ween myself off of medium settings until I can handle it.

You should be running most games perfectly fine with a 1070ti at 1080p or even 1440p

Had that issue the first time I played bf4 on ultra on 1440p. Couldn't play and hurt my eyes. 

 

Takes time.
