Startup issue

I started my computer up for the first time in a couple of days, as a I took a mini-vacation for the weekend. I hit my power button to start up the PC and got this screen.  I have no idea what it means or how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

Some usb device is pulling too much power through the USB ports.

Unplug all but keyboard and mouse, see what happens

You were absolutely right. It was actually a bad USB extension cable I had running to my phone’s desk mount/dock thing that was the issue. Thank you so much!
