BF4 gamefanshop

Hi, I bought battlefield 4 and I gopt an email from gamefanshop with the codes for both premium and base game, I received a code that does not look like a game code and it says its not valid on origin!!!

 

What to do???

the product code is in a completely different format than it is supposed to be

My product code for BF4, as per Origin, is 20 characters long and random letters and numbers.

I contacted support, they sent me a wrong code, and sent me a proper one already, although premium isnt redeeming it keeps saying not able to redeem at this time
