I am setting up a NAS at my home, the question is how I access my NAS from other network as a shared folder

I would see if the NAS has any sort of DDNS service you can use. I know Asustor has one that they make available for their users.

You would also most likely have to open some ports in your router for it to work.

 

But what kind of NAS do you have?

It will depend a lot on the available apps and services that the system has.

but because I am using two routers so I cant use the ez-router setting

could you provide your network topology here and how you've set it up in order to provide you with more information ?

router 2  work as an access point

Why in the world would router 2 block for the NAS when it's an access point? That makes no sense.

 

Simply connect to router 1 and port forward it..
