IPS G-sync 1080p

I am looking with a friend for a monitor for gaming

it will be powered by a 6600 with a 1060 6gb.

becouse he will play more e-sport titles on it he wanted something with 120/144hz and g-sync.

but the problem is that you can't power at 1440p with it.

 

so my question is: Is there a 120/144hz monitor with g-sync, 1080p with IPS/VA panel for sale somewhere?

With G-Sync not under 350 as far as i know

i know. but he didn't want v-sync becouse of the input latency

You don't really need G-Sync or V-Sync.

IMO I would rather have a extra 100 bucks than G-Sync

Unless he's a relatively high rank in those games,V-Sync won't make much of a diffrence
