Windows audio high cpu usage

I have an i7 7700k and just a few days ago and windows audio has2ef18a512f56e8b55e58608213c440b0.png stayed around 20-30% CPU usage no matter what I am doing. I ended the task once to see if it restarts on its own and what it affects it does and it's all sounds. I'm clueless as to why it is using so much CPU when it didn't do it a week ago

I had tried that before and it did not work but I gave it another try and it worked thanks
