Clone displays without scaling?

Hey,

i have a 3840x2160 screen and a 1080p screen.

Now i want the 1080p screen to display the same image as the 4k one WITHOUT my 4k screen scaling down to 1080p. I want my 1080p screen to display the downsampled version of the 4k image on my main one.

Of course it should work like a normal screen. E.g. receive mouse input...

How can this be achieved?
