CD/DVD drive not reading

just bought a DVD for Assasins Creed black flag but i didnt work

Chewed out the store keeper for selling me a faulty drive but he proved it wasnt faulty by runing it on his computer

every time i insert the disk this  happens

Tried this with many other DVD/CDs all if them ended up in the same way

So the storekeeper ran the disk you bought on his machine with no problem correct? Because the issue here seems to be your drive, rather than the disk itself.

Are u sure it wont be fixed without opening my PC?

If it's a hardware problem(which the evidence is pointing to), then you will need to open your PC to change the drive.

Afraid so.....im in luck thou just bought this PC not even a month has passed i can get it exchanged for free
