Suggest me the cheapest web hosting

I need to create a single paged website with just a single page of course and no login, no registration, or anything fancy. Just a plain static webpage. 

I know which hosting I have to use for the heavy projects but given the fact that this website will be so simple with no obligations to get an SSL certificate or create databases and process some data I was wondering if I can get away with using a really cheap web hosting which can display my one page.

I was thinking to get a free web hosting but then I don't trust anyone of those. 

Please suggest me something or maybe something completely different.
