ARGG! Win10 Update

Hi Guys!

 

I updated to an "evaluation copy" of windows lastnight given that i joined this insider program...NEVER had the watermark on maybe 2 updates since joining this....

but lastnight it updated and gave me the watermark and didnt seem stable so i reset to previous version...but now i get this error...

I've tried uninstalling all updates listed etc - it did re download a cumulative update...restart...same same....

 

can't find anything helpful online....troubleshooter does nothing...
