Computer not booting

WolfireSounds

I was switching my computer to a new case and when I plugged everything in it did not turn on. I have my power supply on, I have it plugged in, I checked the outlet. I followed the instructions in my motherboard booklet to plug in the case cables. I know the motherboard is working because when I plug in my gtx 560 ti. (I'm changing to a 1070 and have this in the meantime. Its worked with the 560 last night/before I moved it. I do not know why it is not starting. I really think it is the case that isn't working. (The cables)

All good Brother best of luck

So, my motherboard is a b250m Gaming pro and it doesn't have a way to start it outside of a case. Isn't there a way to start it with a screw driver or something?
