Hello,

I built a new computer a week ago and after I started it up everything was nice it booted up I installed windows but then suddenly it crashed. I turned it on again and it crashed after like 5 mins. From what I read on internet it could be a bad PSU, short circuit, bad gpu, bent pins on cpu, bad hdd. I started to remove all parts one by one and I was waiting for it to crash. It still kept crashing after I removed gpu, RAM, hdd, disconnected fans, and the PC still kept crashing. Then i tried removing different front panel connectors and the PC stopped crashing after I disconnected Power LED. Right now the pc is running perfectly fine except I have to have the Power LED disconnected. I think it's shorting somewhere but Idk where because the LED and It's contacts are like sumberged in glue. Does anyone know how to fix this ? Thanks for the answer.

Case : Nzxt S340

Go down to a local computer store, borrow/buy a 2 pin led light, plug it in to your system. See what happens.

If it crashes, then the short is on the motherboard

If it behaves, then you are good to go
