My hyperx cloud core is not being recognised by windows. The headset worked on all other devices (phone and laptop) and my earphones did not work either. It stopped working overnight (yesterday it was working fine, now it's broken). I have tried updating windows, my graphics card drivers, realtek audio drivers, reinstalling windows, plugging it in to different green headphone jacks and using a different splitter cable. To be specific, when I go into my audio devices, there is not even a mention of my headset or earphones. Surprisingly, my monitor's output is listed. Help would be highly appreciated.

So the headset is fine right? That means that the issue is with the on-board input. It might be broken since you already tried installing/uninstalling everything on your PC.

So because I am using motherboard audio, I can get a replacement?
