Nvidia GRID K340

So I just got my hands on a K340 for $250...what can I do with it?

 

I didn't buy it without research first I'm just trying to get ideas. I was thinking of using Parsec to do some game streaming in and out of home, but I know it has four separate GPUs on it, so would I need to toss something like Unraid on it or can I utilize them from Windows Server based Hyper-V?
