Chromebook Flex 11

Was looking around for a relatively cheap laptop for schoolwork and other items. I'm looking towards Chromebooks now because:

- I've had horrendous experiences with past Windows computers

- Play Store apps now on this Chromebook and a few others.

 

How well does the Chromebook Flex 11 do for schoolwork, browsing and watching videos? What about Play Store apps, such as PUBG or World of Tanks Blitz (if they even work on ChromeOS)?
