Faulty gpu fan?

One of my gpu fans makes a strange noise when it spins at high rpm (at least than its audible). It sounds like it is hitting something, but I took it out and looked and it seemed fine. I also sprayed it with compressed air. Temps seems to be normal. Can anyone help me? Are my fans dying?

I am not hearing anything wrong, sounds like turbulance created by the fan.

Did you hear the clicking like sound?

hard to hear but sounds more like its hitting something than a damaged bearing. 

does it have more than 1 fan? if so when the pc is off can you wobble one more than the other when pushing on the fins?

The one making the noise barely wobbles more. It sounds like the gpu in the video below at 5.18 but when I stop the fan that the sound is coming from it stopps

honestly I would RMA it. 

if you leave it as is, fan can stop working and cause damages.

trying to fix it yourself might lead to void warranty which might be faster but probably not worth it.

i do hear the sound, it fades in at 1 second then fades out then comes back at 3 seconds. i hear more than turbulance.

 

also, ive had this sound only to open up the pc and realize a cable tie broke while in transit and was caught in the gpu cooling system. so it might something stupid like that, but im ruling that out and assuming you're some enough to look around and see nothing obstructing the fan.

Yes. But the fan seems to work. Should I be worried?

nope, I havent, I even maxed the volume but all I could hear was one single clicking noise that almost sounded like a mouse click, I wouldnt even bother RMAing at this point.

I have not heard of anything that sounds like a broken fan, or anything broken. You are EXTREMELY paranoid, almost to a clinical degree.

I know this is a quite old thread but as you descibe it I have the same problem. If you fixed it how did you do it?
